Clear prices
Any additional travel charges will be confirmed with you before dispatch. The £30 out-of-hours fee is charged once per booking when the agreed service time is 20:00–08:00 every day (London time; 08:00 excluded), and must be verified as paid through Revolut before dispatch. Service availability is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to confirmation. A jump-start can't guarantee your vehicle will start; not every puncture can be repaired roadside.

What services do you provide?
Jump-starts, tyre pressure checks and inflation, suitable puncture repairs, and assessment of motorcycle and car breakdowns. We don't offer towing.

Do you cover Greater London?
Yes, launching from East London. Coverage for your exact location is confirmed when we review your request.
Are you available 24/7?
You can request assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to availability. Submitting a request doesn't mean a technician has been dispatched, and we can't guarantee an arrival time.
How much does a call-out cost?
Jump-start £35, tyre pressure £10 per visit, puncture repair £20 per eligible tyre. Any additional travel charges will be confirmed with you before dispatch.
Is there an out-of-hours fee?
A £30 fee applies every day when the agreed service time is from 20:00 up to but not including 08:00 the next morning (London time), not based on when you submit your request. Outside this window there is no out-of-hours fee. We confirm any applicable fee with you before booking confirmation; it must be paid through Revolut and verified before dispatch.
Can every puncture be repaired?
No. Some punctures can't be safely repaired at the roadside and the tyre may need inspection or replacement.
What if you cannot assist my vehicle?
We'll tell you honestly and, where possible, suggest a next step. You won't be charged for work we can't do.
Do I need an account?
No. You can request help without creating an account.
When do I pay?
We confirm the price with you first. The out-of-hours fee is paid before dispatch.
What happens if I cancel?
It depends on when you cancel — before dispatch, after dispatch, or after arrival. See our cancellation policy.
